Upcycling...

Another quiet day at home.

Van wouldn't start yesterday, so a neighbour came over with his jump leads this morning and gave her a boost. Then we had a good chat about his new T5 which is a long wheel base, and how far he's got with his conversion. Which we had put a flip top roof in now. Ah well next time. A quick trip out to get a couple of essentials and then back home for lunch.

The boys got the water slide out this afternoon, and washing up liquid! Fun and laughter all round for hime and his friends.

Munckin 1 and I have been wanting to make a water play wall for Little Miss E for a while using old plastic bottles and hoses, so todays Blip is part 1 of the water fence, as we didn't have any old vacuum or plumbing hoses, but she had lots of fun experimenting and seeing which buckets filled up quickest. So part 2 will be when we get the tubes and make more connections.

Both Munchkins got to speak to their dad this afternoon which cheered them up, although Little Miss was more interested in eating her ice cream! He should have been back in the country this week, but its still looking like a 2/3 week delay.

Race night in our house tonight... can Hamilton get past Rossberg?
