D-day 10k race

Last race in the Hampshire Road Race League. D-day 10 k .... It was hot as hell...PB 39.42 and I was wrecked at the end.... Had to lay down for half hour after so I didn't pass out... My girlfriend thinks I'm bonkers pushing so hard .... Put a race number on and it's red rag to a bull
