Joe in the far left, swimming third for the team in the 4x100 Freestyle - leading the heat. (And yes, it does say Felix on the board - slight error.)

They won the heat and came 5th overall.

A brilliant result!

Joe swam a good 400 freestyle in the morning too. One more event next weekend. It's a great pool to visit.
