Jimmy

Apparently, he lives in the window of the bookstore, just across the street.
Why?
What am I, the omniscient narrator? I don't know.
Maybe he likes to read.

Anyway, I never noticed him until today.

Couldn't really have a conversation, between the glass and the traffic noise,
but he seemed to be having a good time
watching us fish swim by his giant aquarium window.

At one point, I swear he was calling out something like
"Heerrrrre person, person, person, person....."
But I'm probably mistaken -
as I say, I really couldn't hear him very well.



I wouldn't have said this to his face, of course,
but he looks like a Muppet to me.
Distant relative of Kermit, maybe.
