First triathlon

Today it was L, K and E's first ever triathlon and they did great! It was a ladies only tri and for K, 4 years in remission from leukaemia it was a big achievement, at one point she thought she wouldn't see her children start school let alone do a triathlon!

They did great and enjoyed it which is the main thing, and seem keen to do another :)
