Bobbles at the ready.

Not my date of birth, but my number for the 1914 Race for Life. People of all ages, shapes and sizes, plus a few dogs and pushchairs. The sun was a bit hot, but we would have complained if it had been wet. Quite moving when you see the dedications written on the papers on the backs of the runners.
After a quick shower I went to the house of a fellow contestant and had a light lunch in her garden. Quite a satisfying day, and another medal to add to my collection. Now have 10 and hopefully will still be able to add a few more in the coming years.
