Tour de Vale

This cycle ride is an annual event in the Aylesbury area and raises money for Stoke Mandeville hospital 'Wheelpower' charity. There are options for a 55 mile or 33 mile routes as well as a 15 mile family fun ride. I have ridden it in the past and there's always a great atmosphere.

Today I decided to use the opportunity to practise panning and see how I got on. Not too badly done today with quite a few shots I focus in the right places. This guy proved one of the more interesting photographs and taking out the green background helped the visual image a lot; it also looks good in b&w.

The rest of the day has been with a pile of exam paper to mark; just three more to do!
