Wedding Tipple

My brother and his fiancé have asked me to brew a beer for their wedding in September. I asked for directions on what kind of beer they like and wanted. For such an occasion it would be foolish to go into this without having a trial brew, just to make sure it hits all the targets.

Its a bit cloudy as it hasn't finished fully fermenting. I was transferring it into a conditioning tank so it can 'brighten' (clear) over the next few days before bottling it.

So here is a little sample from the first trial brew. Should be ready to drink in a couple of weeks time, but right now it does taste good. Very good. I am pretty pleased with it. Hopefully it will meet with their approval.
