Carn na Frith-aird, Plockton
After a few days of quite a lot of driving, we decided to have a bit of a rest day today. Mum stayed in our lovely cottage and I did some exploring after lunch. I set off up our very steep back garden, along the path on the brae and up to the top end of the village. Followed a path to this viewpoint (Carn na Frith-aird), and ended up exploring all round the rocky headland for a couple of hours, scrambling my way right down to the sea loch. It was so beautiful!
Back to the cottage, and out to buy some postcards for Mum and myself. Wrote the cards, posted them, then headed out for a really delicious dinner at the Plockton Shores restaurant. Had another scoot around the village afterwards, too.
