First blip for a week. I know, poor show.

Instead of prowling Old Leigh with my camera, I've been preparing for the Leigh Art Trail, which showcases the work of local creative types, mainly in the town's shops and cafes.

My venue is a florist on the high street, where I'm spending the week explaining to people why I like photographing strangers.

It's been a busy first couple of days and I was privileged to receive a visit from fellow Essex blipper Ripitup yesterday.

The Trail is on until next Saturday if anybody else fancies dropping by...
