Snow Report

This the Snow Report for North-East Fife.

The thaw started today, and snow conditions have deteriorated rapidly, even on the higher slopes north of Cupar. (Although snow conditions on the road have improved dramatically).

Yesterday's powder has slumped into sticky 'Spring Snow' - still skiable, but heavy and slow. Skinning back up the hill to the stables (in the dark) turned into a knackering slog.

Dogs still loved it though....


ps Have you ANY idea how difficult it is to do a self-timer shot when you're wearing skis?
