Timing is everything

Got this letter in the mail today confirming we are at further risk of flooding since the earthquakes. You don't say?!

Interestingly the diagram shows the 100 year flood line seemingly 2 feet higher than it was previously. That's still about a foot below our 100 year flood regulation foundation. But still we've had flooding just below the floor level.

Heavy rain forecast tonight and all tomorrow.
