An enforced lazy blip today as I have to wait around for Parcel Farce Force. I think that, to date, we have never had a successful delivery from Parcel Farce Force when someone has been in.

As regular visitors will know my baby Canon died a while back. I was contemplating a replacement for it, and will replace it at some point, however not right now. On several occasions recently I have played around with a former baby Canon, an Ixus, of madam's and have found it somewhat lacking. But I am now of the opinion that I need to use it for a while, for the simple reason that it will make me think more about what I am doing with the camera rather than relying on the technology. The only sadness of this decision is that it doesnt have RAW capacity, although this in itself will force me into making better decisions when shooting, rather than thinking "Oh, I'll sort that out in Photoshop later".
