A testing time

Spent this afternoon baking. Not something I do often and not something I'm particularly good at. I think it's because I'm a bit slap dash.....who can be bothered measuring accurately?! Goretex among others came to test the fruits of my labours. Oatcakes, banana loaf, melting moments, cheese and apple scones and muffins (Mr Mags made the muffins) preceded by a plate of homemade chicken soup. They all left in one piece. As the plaque Goretex gave me says "countless people have eaten here and gone on to lead normal lives!"
