Friendly skies and mud slides

The best summer day out of the year, so far. Drive down to Suffolk with friends. A rice in the shortest and smallest ferry I've ever encountered (a man with a rowing boat that can fit for adults and one baby- tried and tested). Butely ferry has been running since the 16th century and is still alive.

New favourite past time, swimming in the creek, and mud sliding in Sandy clay river banks. Key tip, short run and their yourself onto your belly with as much force and slide head first into the sea.

Also note: makes a great free spa treatment. We looked like tribal fenland warriors on the end!
