Bangkok...

...is my favourite place in the whole world.

After a long day of travelling in the Asian heat we arrive at Lebua at State Tower in Bangkok to be told that we were being upgraded to a suite. (A river view club suite no less- clearly due to the fact we're awesome) We are shown our suite by the uber helpful concierge & when she leaves us to it we venture onto the balcony.

We had incredible views of the city & i was pretty excited just to be here, in Bangkok. Then we heard chanting & cheering from the street below & then.... Fireworks!

i was so excited I could do nothing other than jump up & down & shriek with glee!
