HOT HOT HOT

This morning I cleaned windows while it was still cool.
Met my neighbour and went for a 8km run at 8.30am...It was too hot when not in the shade.
Personal Trained a client for an hour
THEN....lay in the sun...had to drink lots of water and walk in and out plenty times at it was 35degrees out.
I hope I sleep tonight as my room is like an oven.....
