For weeks I have been looking for frozen succotash at the grocery store--my husband loves it. I could not find it so finally I asked the frozen vegetable manager about it. He said nobody was buying succotash so they no longer carry it. Today I decided that I could make my own so I bought some lima beans and some corn. Voila!
