Nifty 50!

Went to a family meal for P's 50th birthday celebrations.....started on Thursday and still going strong on Sunday evening!!

I was mortified to rock up in blue jeans looking like a hill billy only to realise it was meant to be a more dressed up affair. They were ok in the end after my usual stressing!! Good job I bought pumps so I could take my flip flops off!!! Jezzz!!!!

Busy day. Ran for the first time in ages....got to keep the new runner on her toes...tee hee!!
Did a long one- too soon- and it was too hot and I went at it too hard.
Lesson learnt again!

Well done to IP for her amazing progress with running- keep at it.xx
