View at Þingvellir

We had a great time yesterday- the weather was wonderful, topping 20 degrees, and we went on a road trip with some visiting Swedish speaking teachers, who are colleagues of M's sister in Finland. We visited some waterfalls, and I swam under one, which was very nice. We also stopped at one of the hydro-electrical power stations where we got free coffee and an informative multimedia show. The last stop was at Þingvellir, we were too tired by then to do much walking, so we just took some pictures from the platform. There were some guys there, and we asked them to take a picture of us, one of them were Russian, and one of the teachers with us was teaching Russian, so they had a conversation in Russian!.
