A missed blip opportunity

The title has nothing to do with the picture. This was taken while out on our morning walk. The missed opportunity was to do with this. I drove past here twice and wondered what had happened. There were police and fire engines and lots of goings on that would have made for an interesting blip. I have already blipped this building. The flowers and the sandstone always look so pretty. I heard a policeman tell someone that no one was being allowed to stay overnight in the entire row - not sure where they will all be sleeping tonight! Glad no one was hurt.
