Knickerbocker glory

I haven't had a knickerbocker glory in years. I have never before had an 'adult' knickerbocker glory and it was glorious.

Down to Dartmouth today for a friends wedding. A long drive but checked into a beautiful hotel before reaching the wedding hotel to join the soon to be newlyweds. Then a fishy dinner at celebrity chef Mitch Tonks Rockfish while catching up with the hen do bunnies and embarrassing the boy then back to the hotel for a prosecco or two to calm any pre wed nerves.

We did the sun dance before bed. We really need the sun to shine for what's planned tomorrow!
