Lost and Found

Sent BB to school with no coat today, even though the forecast was for rain later in the day. His cagoule had not been found and it was far too warm for his winter coat. I went out at lunchtime to buy him a new cagoule – getting a little wet myself in the process. Picked him up from after school club and lo and behold he had his cagoule – it had been in the lost property box all the time. He needed a bigger one anyway!

He hasn’t been very happy tonight. He found out today he is getting a new teacher next year. He had his heart set on having Mr C again. Huge disappointment, however he did find a positive in that one of his good friends will be back in his class next year.

Went out for a walk this evening to try and increase my step count this week.
