Day Break

It started out so well... a beautiful warm sunny morning but all to soon the day was changing, the rain that looked so unlikely as I walked early in the morning returned like a biblical tale washing away all before it.

Today we mourn Rik Mayall, a loss to all of us who laughed at the antics of the Young Ones, Black Adder and the Comic Strips amongst others, but it is not only Rik that passed away today, I heard that my friends daughters friends father took his life today, my heart goes out to both families, the suddenness of both losses a tragedy.

Tomorrow the sun will rise again and we must make our way as best as we can, but let us tell those we hold dear what they mean to us, how we love them and care for them and about them
