Fish, Chips and 2-Tone Paper!

We were at Morgans tonight, eating at the lower end of the menu, which is a little less eclectic (i.e. figless and less likely to disappoint!), and much more reasonably priced.

We started with their smoked salmon which was fabulous.

Here is my fish and chips in a basket, sadly lacking lacking the requisite peas, but also mercifully sans the inevitable side from hell coleslaw. It was really rather excellent.

I had to smile at the checkered paper, 2-Tone rather than newspaper. (Sitting here imagining the american readership (yes I have one person!) thinking "What the hell is 2-Tone?!!!").
