Beetroot turns everything pink. This was my salad I made and took to work for lunch. By the time I got to eat it it was all pink, but still tasty.

The weather was back to being horrible today, wish the sun would last longer. Although glad we had the good weather for the weekend.

Started watching the new season of Orange is the New Black this eve, it's so good. And even better cos the whole season comes out on Netflix at the same time. No waiting around for new episodes.
