Heading for the mainland

Very windy in the night last night but the plumbers boat made it again bright and early: installed the new non cracked toilet bowl and also took a look at the water filtration unit they fixed last week which is now leaking in a different place. :-) Should have used a new part. Don't have the part. In order to install it the filtration tank has to be drained again! So off with the water at noon and water everything in sight. My dear book club friends have been so helpful-the tall house is clean, my studio plastic is sorted, trails are clipped, but for the first time ever, no one ( except H and I) got out in a boat. Too windy at all the wrong times . But they relaxed and we had a wonderful visit and spent a lot of time outside enjoying the beauty of the forest and the sea. Made 2 trips to the marina to get our cars for the ferry kind for Vancouver. . After almost 4 weeks on the island we've got stuff to do in Seattle! Good to be home!
Just liked this view of the structure of the ferry with the couple enjoying being outside with each other.. And 2 patches of blue. Add it to my island transport series this week....

I did back blip (late) the book club and the books we read yesterday..
and also added a few to the SET
