How can this be a cake?

One of the booths I stopped at today had this cake on display among their yarns and patterns. Only problem with it is that the word pearl should read "purl", which is the way it is spelled in knitting terms. It was made by the head baker at the Belagio, Las Vegas. What a talented woman! I like to decorate cakes as well, and I aspire to be a fraction as talented as she is.
