Barley field near Roughton

I had decided to visit the area of rolling hills near to Roughton and had found a footpath that leads around the back of the hills away from the main road. I walked along the path and it abruptly ended in a barley field. Prehaps its because the Ordnance Survey map is very old or maybe it has been ploughed up. A day of sun and some showers.
