Cask Conditioned ALE
After the soccer game we ended up at the PUB, I know Shocking!
most of the taps around this part of the world are served cold and they used CO2 to pump the beer.
The Pub we go to has one TAP, that uses the old traditional method of Cask conditioned pumping, beer is served closer to room temperature, which allows the flavors to really come alive, that was my brew last night
