Elephant Hawk Moth

This striking moth had found it's way into the greenhouse this lunchtime. I would have loved to get a better photo but he/she was right up on a roof beam, which is really high as over the years Pete had raised the roof so that he can fit in his tomato plants and have five trusses on each! Rather a gorgeous looking creature even at a distance :-)
