Licence to grate

A simple grater and probably THE kitchen tool in our household I use with greatest caution. Even more carefully than knives or some electrical machines. Unlike the photograph, the grater is ultra sharp and doesn't really make a difference between apples and fingers. It is an american product and I am wondering that such a thing can even be sold in a normal kitchen shop.

For today my fingers survived.
