Last day on Greece

We didn't end up on the beach - there was a taxi at the port at 1 am and he drove us to a local pension and roused the owner who sorted out a room for us. Chatting in the morning with the owner's brother was interesting. Strong - and fairly right wing - views of the woes of the Greek economy. Clearly politics matters here.
A day in Kissamos followed by buses to Chania and then the airport before a trouble-free flight to Marseille and a three hour drive back to the house in the Ardeche.
This image summed up the best colours of Greece. The blue of the sky and sea and the reds of the flowers have been impressive throughout.
