It's a...erm...flower! That's what it is!

These erm blue(!) flowers are in the planter that Laura's Mum & Dad brought up with them when they came to do the gardening...I have no idea what they're called though.

Day off today after Saturday night, I ventured out to get my hair cut and made it as far as the co-op before I chickened out of walking in the rain and went back to get the car. That was about as exciting as my day got as I spent most of the rest of it looking at thyroid function for my next Greenwich assignment.
Hence the picture of flowers in one of the brief sunny spells.
