At the headteacher's lunch today

This was the main course at the headteacher's lunch in Whitehill Secondary School today. Haggis, neeps and tatties. I wish I'd remembered to photograph the first course before I ate it. It was an elegant take on a Scottish breakfast. Very inventive!
