enjoying doing #bookaday on twitter as it's bringing back so many memories :) Today's entry is Susan Cooper's The Dark is Rising sequence. This edition is all the books in that series. This was her own personal copy and she used to read it to all her classes when she was a teacher. She also read it to us. As an adult and when I went back home I always got the book out to re-read the brilliant stories. When she retired she gifted the book to me and it is one of my most treasured possessions.
