A good day in class today, and no literacy marking as the children were role playing a scene from Horrid Henry. As a result was able to get to steel pan practice, where we learned 'she should be dancing..'. Really enjoyed it- must go more often!

Oh, and while there was asked to consider applying for a part time job vacancy at the school (where I did a 6 week training placement last year). Job share in Year 1. Tempting- I loved all the music and extra-curricular activities that went on there. It was a fun place to teach. They'd be no excuses for missing band practice then.
