Super Sub!

Tonight I stood in for some work colleagues in their badminton club as they were a person down.

(I've not played since I last subbed for them. So you can probably imagine the scene of devastation).

When I got home I deposited my paraphernalia in the middle of the hall floor and had to sit down for a rest.

There it still resides..... Pass the Voltarol please....
