Savoury Courgette Cake

Cath invented this courgette cake for supper. Very tasty! Including cheese, chorizo and ham, and as you can see, iced in tomatoes. We're experimenting a little with the idea of savoury cakes (inspired by courgettes being sold off very cheaply in the shops). You wait! They'll be all the rage soon!
