Shepherd's Pie

"The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake." Psalm 23:1-3

Today's picture is the inside of the Shepherd's pie that my husband was making for dinner tonight. This leads me to this Bible verse, which I can't believe I have not used yet!! This is talking about the Lord being our shepherd and leading us in good things. He encourages us to rest, and refreshes us so we can manage the days to come. He guides us down the right path, notice it does not say that He forces us down the right path, instead He guides us, it is up to us whether or not we take the path that He is laying out before us...
