Doing things backwards

Went to a business 'start-up seminar' this evening. The kind of thing I should've maybe done when setting up a business 18 months ago.

Although even my Business Adviser at the time said I seemed to be very clued up. That business degree clearly served me well.

Seminar was basic but still did get some usual snippets and of course always usual to get a refresher of this stuff.

Even more so relevant as I'm now at the expansion stage, which includes change of company structure etc. Exciting but scary and a lot more formalities. But with good reason.

Nevertheless, time to meet with that Business Adviser again.
