Build!

I had to get up at 5.30 a.m. to let Joe out and as it was such a fine morning, I decided to stay up.
I thought it would be a good idea to take Lucy down to New Aberdour.
We had the beach to ourselves as it was only 7.30 a.m.
I saw lots of house-martins, or sand martins, and some were still building their nest on a bank quite high up.
Have you ever tried to build a nest?
I have!
It is not easy.
I didn't use spit off course but I did use the other materials.
How come that I, with ten fingers and a bigger brain, allegedly, than a bird, was a total failure?
