Saucy

It's been a sunshiny sort of day. We've spent much of outdoors in the garden and some of it copying Chinese dancers on YouTube, which is really very strenuous! so something lazy was called for. Here it is - Egg-free pasta served with courgettes and a tomato based vegetable sauce. To be followed by strawberries and perhaps a taste of home made strawberry and coconut vegan ice cream.
