An actual entire dry day- and no thunder! That's the first day since Thursday last week we have had no thunder. First day since early last week of no rain.

She cycled extremely bouncily to nursery today. And home again, legs out off the pedals, laughing at herself. We had a nice lunch to fete before pottering for an hour. We headed to the sewing shop and for ice cream before going- very early- to her swimming lesson. She did a good job of her back stroke today. And managed to "forward roll her mushroom float".

We got a taxi home because I have to go to a meeting tonight for parents of new school starters. Her visit next week. Eek.
