London again today. Very civilised. 9.45 flight to LCY, straight on the DLR then the Central line so in the cafe by 11.45.

Meetings weren't that useful but had some good chat with colleagues. Wish I'd booked train home but I didn't so now heading towards Southend Airport. At least I got a close up view of the Olympics area as we hurled towards Stratford.
