Yesterday a blipper was enquiring of another blipper whether she knew of any available good men.
Ladies I think I have stumbled upon the answer. Find a mountain pass. Any good typical French Col in the Pyrenees or Alps will do. Needs to be a couple of thousand metres or so. Then drive to the top.
Lurk around by the summit marker. It will say 'Sommet 2000 M ' or something like that.
A procession of hot sweaty extremely fit (!) cyclists* will arrive looking very pleased with themselves. They are too breathless and panting to take their own selfies by the height marker. So you step in and offer to take their picture for them and strike up a conversation about the Tour de France etc etc. et Alors! He might be all yours.
They mostly use smart phones as they're light to carry, and even I can handle them.

* It might work for meeting women too although my observations lead me to conclude that there are far fewer of the female of the species taking part in this ludicrously exhausting activity.

This is at the top of the Col du Tourmalet where there was a herd of llamas for some inexplicable reason.
