Zest 4 life
I have been on this "eating plan " for 12 weeks now
Feel loads more healthy not eating copious amounts of sugar laden food , like Chocolate, cakes biscuits
They used to be my addiction ... Well the sugar was anyway.
It's now become a way of life following a "low glycemic load ", eating plan I can still have cake etc
As a " treat".... Tastes all the better.
