Bush House ??

Today, the photograph serves as my Blip. Tomorrow it will serve as the basis of a query to the local council ! Surely there must be powers for a local authority to take action in respect of buildings where a lack of maintenance has allowed them to become so unsightly and possibly unsafe. Situated at a junction on a major route into town, the neglected Victorian buildings (shops) do little to enhance the image of the town.
