Struggling with the Title

I did a test piece for an image I want to create, I used both the DSLR and my little snap camera. Test pieces work; it proved I will need to light the image for the DSLR.
My biggest problem so far is the title; do I call it "Sands of Time" or "Who Knows Where the Time Goes"?
