Dinner.
Well, not quite dinner, but almost. With barely fifteen minutes I had to gulp a spoonful of chilli, get changed and get to my dance class.
Having not been dancing for a couple of weeks it was hard. We were learning a Lindy Charleston step, and I had missed a week and not had the basics down. A bit despondent for the first twenty minutes or so thinking I couldn't achieve anything, but by the end of the class things improved and I'd figured out the bulk of it.
The rest of dinner involved a pint of beer, the pistachios, a piece of toast, some ham and a fish finger. Not quite a square meal but given that 90% of my diet is pretty nutritious and freshly cooked, it'll do occasionally.
